1781．Palmitas is a small town in Mexico．The town is on the hills and most of the people there are poor．These poor people usually don't have much money to build their houses．As a result，their houses make the town look terrible and few people like living there．
Luckily，the government （政府） of Mexico decided to help people in the town live a better life．They invited a group of local （當(dāng)?shù)氐模?street artists to help paint the town．The name of the group is Germen Crew．Its members were very happy to do something for the town．With the help of the government，they finished a big street art project （項(xiàng)目）．They painted 2019 houses into one rainbow （彩虹）．
At first，the government just wanted to use the project to make Palmitas look more beautiful and help people there live a happier life． But they were surprised that the art project was very successful．About 452 families and 1，808 people took part in the project in some way．In other words，the project brought local people together．Isn't it a beautiful way to make a difference in the world？
