Two years ago，I self-published an autobiography（自傳） titled I Am Not Stupid，which is available through Amazon.My main goal as a writer is neither fame nor wealth.I want to use this gift that has been given to me to make the world a better place.

Do you also want to lose weight？If you do，here is some advice for you.If you like eating sweet sugary things，then I would suggest you eat more fruits but with an empty stomach.If you dislike running like me then I would recommend walking if you want to exercise.Here are some more tips.Do not eat too much at one time.Eat slowly and wait till your brain tells you that you're full.Look at nutrition facts on food items before you eat them and throw them away if they're unhealthy.Eat more vegetables and fruits.Spend more time on exercise.
