When it comes to the topic of "My First Try"，my first attempt at adapting a novel I had read before for an English play is unforgettable.
As a member of English Theater Club，I volunteered to be responsible for the script to be played in the approaching English Drama Festival.Consequently，I took advantage of the Winter Vacation to prepare for the adaptation.The most challenging but rewarding part was to overcome the language barriers.Fortunately，with nearly two weeks' effort，the lines were not only beautifully uttered but also easily understood.
It was not until I made the first try of adaptation that I realized language is never a helpful tool unless you put it into practical use.For me，great progress has been made to master this tool.
