【答案】As a high school student who always felt stressed out due to the tremendous pressure from schoolwork，I turned to smoking as a means to relax myself around 3 months ago.Consequently I got desperately addicted to it.
Not until I looked at my pale face in the mirror did I realize it is time to quit the unhealthy lifestyle.It was a huge struggle first since I had been physically and mentally addicted to it.To rid myself of smoking，I threw away my last packet of cigarettes and posted a list of benefits of a healthy lifestyle on the wall.I also started to try other forms of relaxation exercises，in particular outdoor activities such as rock climbing and hiking，which helped me stay away from stress.What was lucky for me was that my friends proceeded to encourage me when my willpower became weaker.
With these above measures，I gradually quit smoking，as a result of which I felt more dynamic than ever in both body and mind.Going through the tough period，I've also made plenty of friends who have offered to help me.My most important lesson learnt from this experience is that a healthy lifestyle is of great importance along the journey of life.
