【答案】Recently，an increasing number of stray cats have been hanging around our campus and many students are arguing over them.Some students believe that they may cause problems and therefore should be cleared out while others think that we should care and protect them.As far as I am concerned，feeding them now and then is not a wise way to protect them，whose reasons are as follows.
Feeding them encourages them to remain nearby to acquire easy food rather than seeking it for themselves.Cats will often mark a home where someone feeds them to warn off others.This means they will not seek better shelter，they will not seek aid elsewhere，and they may die because they are trying to remain near a source of food.Furthermore，this may create the possibility that these cats could be abused by neighbors who don't want them around.They may grow weak and become the victim of other animals.They may be shunned by their own mates or families because they acquire a different smell from eating near humans.
