According to a survey，senior high school students' average time of sleeping every day is far less than the required sleeping time.
There are many reasons behind this phenomenon.Some students stay up to do their homework and study，while there are still some teenagers using their sleeping time to chat online，play computer games and watch TV plays.
Lack of sleep can cause many health problems，so I think we should strengthen self-discipline and time management，ensure enough sleep，and make sure that we study energetically during the day.
