First of all，since almost everybody can reach others without moving a single step，it is common that even classmates sitting around prefer online chatting such as QQ and Wechat to face-to-face talk，which has reduced the chance to meet each other in person.Besides，the time spent on sports is inevitably affected by the social media.We spend so much time in virtual life that we will miss the fun and benefits from physical exercise.This is why a lot of people have weight problems these years.
