   Lang Ping was born in Tianjin in 1960．Influenced by her father，she has been interested in volleyball since childhood.Her nickname is Iron Hammer．As a volleyball player，she  tried out for the national team.She practised hard and proved to the world Chinese women are tall and fast enough to play volleyball．As a coach，she has high standards.When the players were in trouble，they led the Chinese women's volleyball team to win many times.We are proud of her.She thinks the whole team should work hard together instead of giving up．
