John Dattilo,from Pennsylvania State University,worked with an international team of scientists.They worked on w(1)aysays to reduce loneliness and get more good feelings.According to their new study,reduced loneliness is closely connected with doing pleasant activities when people concentrate (聚精會神) and use skills.
