16．The sleep problem is common around the world，even in the developed countries.Studies in the USA have found that 60 percent of the adults often have sleep problems.Among them，more than 20 percent say that they feel sleepy in the daytime and that makes their lives difficult.At least 40 million people in the USA are facing sleep problems that need to be treated，but very few of them actually go to a doctor for advice.
