China changed a lot.One main development is the use of cashless payment(無(wú)現(xiàn)金支付) through the mobile phone. It changed the way we live and shop.
China is hardly the first country to have cashless payment.I used a debit card(借記卡) to pay for things without cash(現(xiàn)金) for years in the US.But now I can use my phone instead. It's quite easy and convenient(便捷).
One of the things I like most is that I can send and receive money directly(直接地) among my friends. It makes it so much easier to split the bill(分擔(dān)費(fèi)用) when we eat out together. And it makes it simple to give money away as well. For example,I often give away money to Animal Helpers.
But like all technology, cashless payment has some problems as well. What will happen if your phone gets lost or stolen? There are also times when your phone's mobile Internet connection(網(wǎng)絡(luò)連接) or the store's Internet connection might not work.
Not long ago,I went to the store to buy some snacks. But when I got there,I found that the store's cashes payments didn't work and they could only accept cash.I didn't have any cash with me,so I had to give up and leave without any snacks.
So even though cashless payments are convenient, you should always carry a little cash in order to buy something successfully.
