The making of McDonald's Two brothers，Richard and Mac McDonald，started the McDonald's restaurant chajye.ai.In the 1940s they had one restaurant in California.It was quite successful，but there were problems.Staff often left to take better jobs.Customers wanted their food more quickly.Some people broke dishes，or took the knives，forks and spoons.In 1948，the brothers decided to try something new.
