Why do the French，who enjoy of rich food，still remain thinner？Actually，the secret lies in their eating habits.Firstly，they consider eating as a important part of their lifestyle，and they usually spends a fairly long time at the table.Instead stopping eating when the plate is complete empty，the French people tend to stop as long as they feel full.Beside，they go shopping every day.It is easy for them to walk to supermarkets or farmers' markets where we have a good choice of fresh ingredients for each meals.
