Through the course of my school life,I've developed a new understanding of the word "prioritization(優(yōu)先次序)"little by little. The first thing I wish to get in Senior I is the ability to manage my time better.I'll surely become busier with the coming term, and proper organization is important. From school clubs to academic competitions, everything should be set up in a way that doesn't influence my health, which leads me to my second goal.
My mother has always told me to put my health first,so in the future,I hope to be both physically and mentally(精神上) healthy.A person can't study without having the energy to do so.In order to stay energetic, they must put their health first,no matter how busy they are,or how much work they have to complete.
And finally,I hope that I won't be discouraged by my failures and never give up on my dreams.I hope that I'll have the courage to try new activities and clubs.I believe my final goal is similar to every student's goal around the world. We should all respect one another's likes and dislikes, and focus on each other's strengths, not our weaknesses.Everyone should strive(努力) to take part in all of life's chances.
Albert Einstein once said,"Life is like riding a bicycle. To keep your balance, you must keep moving."In my case,it's the other way around. In order to keep moving,I must keep my balance—the balance between studies and activities, academics and health, likes and dislikes. The new journey is going to be a hard one,but if I set these goals,I believe I will make it through to the end.

3.Food Ink,the World's first 3 D printing restaurant, opened to a group of guests who dined on a nine-course meal prepared right before their eyes using 3 D printers. With London just the beginning,F(xiàn)ood Ink plans to bring its creative restaurant idea to a number of other cities around the globe.
Like other 3 D applications, printing food is a process that builds layers upon layers of material on top of each other.Unlike other 3 D printing, which creates objects out of plastic, food materials in 3 D printing are loaded into a syringe-like container which are then pressed into the shape required.Any food that can be pureed(研磨成糊)can be used in 3 D food printin.
Fine dining is only one aspect of the food industry about to be completely changed by 3 D printing.Researchers have been exploring ways to fight world hunger with 3 D printing.Using powdered nutritional materials,it could produce large amounts of food to help feed a growing population. This is especially important with the world population predicted to be 8.5 billion by 2030.The 3 D-printed food would also have the advantage of being produced cheaply and having a long shelf life.
The technology will enable consumers to quickly make meals to suit their specific health needs.Take the example of feeding elderly people, who often need to have their food pureed because they have trouble with swallowing and chewing(咀嚼).Many of them did not like food like this and so it discouraged them from eating, which can result in poor nutrition and medical issues. The Netherlands Organization is turning to 3 D printing to produce3 D-printed vegetables to hold their shape.
It seems that there is no end to the potential of 3 D printing. From creating special restaurant meals,to improving nutrition,to potentially feeding the world,3 D food printing is creating exciting new possibilities for food.
