1.Ten fitness exercises you can do at home Walking
An effective walking workout at home will help to strengthen your legs, while getting some low impact aerobic exercise as well.If you don't have any stairs available, just walk around the house a few times — it may not be very exciting, but it will do the job!
Jumping jacks
These are always fun,as they bring back memories of being a kid!Who hasn't done jumping jacks for fun as a child?Well, surprise — they are also great cardio exercises, and good for warming up,too.
Push-ups
These are probably not the most favorite exercise of many people, but while they can be hard to do,you can find easier ways to do them. You don't need to pretend you're "Rocky",and do them with one hand:just do what works for you.Do them on your knees, instead of keeping your legs straight.Or,do them by standing up against a wall. You will build up arm strength and work out muscles in your chest area.
Leg lifts
These are great for building up strength and muscles in your legs.If you find it hard to do the exercises with your legs straight, try bending them slightly.
Crunches
It's the best exercise for building up and strengthening belly muscles. When you're just getting started, don't worry about getting your head all the way up.So long as you're going up until you feel the stretching of the muscles, you will see some benefit.
Jogging in place
Jogging is a great exercise for your heart. You can jog in place at home while watching TV or listening to music. The only equipment you will require is a good pair of shoes,to eliminate any stress to your legs.
Squats
These are wonderful exercises for your legs and bottoms. You can even just try these by sitting and standing up again from a regular chair,if you're finding them to be too difficult. As long as you're able to do a few repetitions, you will provide some benefit to your body.
Dancing

"We started to cultivate corals near the Xisha Islands in 2010,and restored more than 200,000 square meters of coral reefs," Huang said.

"A group of 'folk scientists' have also been trained with the hope that more people can gain awareness of the significance of coral reef protection and know how to protect them," said Huang.
"I am 50,and when I become 60,I hope that not only a coral island will be built but a sustainable development pattern will also be created," said Huang. "The ideal state is that the coral island should be able to support fishermen and preserve the ecosystem," she added.

An 80-year-old man was sitting on the sofa in his house along with his 45-year-old highly educated son.Suddenly a crow (烏鴉) perched on the tree near their window.
The father asked his son, "What is this?" The son replied, "It is a crow."
After a few minutes, the father asked his son the second time, "What is this?" The son said, "Father,I have just now told you 'It's a crow.'"
After a little while, the old father again asked his son the third time, "What is this?"
At this time some expression of irritation (惱怒) was felt in the son's tone when he said to his father unwillingly. "It's a crow,a crow."
After a little while, the father again asked his son the fourth time, "What is this?"
This time, the son shouted at his father, "Why do you keep asking me the same question again and again, although I have told you so many times 'IT IS A CROW.' Are you not able to understand this?"
A little later the father went to his room and came back with an old tattered (發(fā)皺的) diary, which he had maintained since his son was born.
On opening a page,he asked his son to read that page.
When the son read it,the following words were written in the diary:
"Today my little son aged three was sitting with me on the sofa, when a crow was sitting on the window. My son asked me 23 times what it was,and I replied to him all 23 times that it was a crow.I hugged him lovingly each time he asked me the same question.I did not at all feel irritated, but I rather felt affection for my innocent son."
