22.While rice and wheat(小麥)are the two most popular food worldwide,a study covered more than 100,000 people in Northwest China.(A)It is reported that choosing rice as food may result in a lower risk of obesity (肥胖) . When wheat lovers changed their food to rice five times every week,these people showed a 36.5 percent lower risk of normal-weight obesity in men and a 20.5 percent lower risk of normal-weight central obesity in women. People with rice preference often have more fresh vegetables,meat and fish servings.People with wheat preference in Northwest China often eat large bowls of noodles with fewer vegetables or less meat,and sometimes even with a large amount (數(shù)量) of oil.
