Good habits benefit from our life and career.But unfortunately，everyone may have some bad habits，includes me.
In the past，crazy about snacks，I missed meals too often that my health was affected serious.What's worse，I used to addicting myself to the phone every night，which makes it difficult for me to concentrate in class.Having realized these problems，I determined to kick it.To my delighted，with people around me giving hand，I succeeded and even improved my academic performance.
